Shantell is a proud Richmond native. An HR Professional by trade Shantell has a passion for helping people succeed in their professional lives. She works full time as a HR Consultant and as Executive Director for Dress for Success Central Virginia, a local affiliate of the international non-profit that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. She is currently completing her PhD in Organizational and Human Resource Management. In her free time Shantell enjoys writing, going to spas, wine tastings, and of course shopping.
