Richelle has lived in the South Suburbs of Chicago her entire life. She loves meeting new people and is living her life full-on, and loving every minute of it. She enjoys traveling, shopping, trying new restaurants, biking, hiking, golfing, listening to live music, dancing, sunshine, country music and a good glass of wine.
One of Richelle’s favorite quotes is “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” She believes that one of the best ways to explore, discover and have fun in life, is with a group of friends and a great way to develop those lifelong friendships is through the Little Black Dress Club.

Windmill Acres, which is family owned and operated has been in business over 16 years. Their greenhouses are blooming with annuals, perennials, vegetables, hanging baskets, herbs, roses, grasses, and shrubs just to name a few. They also have an adorable gift shop and the inside of the shop is decorated with old barn wood from two local barns which adds to that country charm. Many of their items are hand-made by local artists so they are guaranteed to be one of a kind.
When you visit Windmill Acres, you will definitely get that “country” feeling, so be sure to sit for a while, let your kids play on their playground, feed the animals, have a cup of coffee and don’t forget to smell the flowers!
